Avantages
What I value the most about working with DNAScript is the scientific aspect. The DNA synthesis technology is very promising to me, and it's a pleasure to work in this field. The resources provided for work are a plus in everyday tasks.
Inconvénients
I am convinced that DNAScript can improve on some essential points: - Communication: Overall, it tends to be somewhat vague, too delayed, or gives the impression of not being prepared. I believe it would be better to prepare topics more thoroughly and ensure that all answers are available before communicating with all employees (for example, Radford, which was communicated but seemed uncertain and ultimately did not follow through, or the percentage of the bonus for the company's part, communicated initially without knowing the exact percentages and the impact on employees' salaries). This sometimes creates frustration. It's important to keep employees informed or involve them in the implementation processes that concern them because they sometimes have an interesting perspective being at the heart of the matter. The vagueness in communication gives the impression of wanting to ""hide"" certain information, even when it's not the intention of the directors. - Management: There has been a real management problem in the past, with some managers lacking basic management training, which has caused issues at times. Some problems or warnings have been raised, or they were known to all, but a certain delay in HR/Management reaction has allowed certain situations to linger or worsen, which is regrettable. I believe better monitoring and supporting managers is necessary because many situations are dependent on the manager, which creates inequalities.
