    - Does not take action on under performance - Pretty gossipy - Lack of diversity, and what appears to be a lack of interest in supporting D&I initiatives at the organizational level

    Just because you don't agree with what your employees are saying doesn't make what they are saying invalid. Listen and be curious. Don't just play lip service. Saying you care about diversity and doing nothing about diversity is worse than saying you care at all.

    Love is what makes us great. It's a core value, but it does not always seem to be put at the forefront by some. It is one of the things I noticed during hiring and continue to notice by those employees exemplifying the values, but there are others who appear to have ulterior motives.

    due to the rate of growth in hiring there's a constant churn of new folks which can make finding the right team to engage difficult. Due to rate of change in environment there is a lack of formalized process in many areas. Senior Management often presents a less than crisp vision of where projects are headed
