      Difficult to find The recent layoffs have caused some anxiety in the company, especially when you don't have the American culture, it can be shocking.

      Great enterprise culture (look at Elastic's source code) Good salary Good health care coverage Many vacation days Great products (Elastic stack) with brillant future Stock Options (RSU) Home office allowance You will have the opportunity to work with very knowledgable people, and travel at leat one per year for conference attendance ...

      Inconvénients

      - As a distributed company with home office policy you can feel lost at first hand when you join the company. Thankfully, the onboarding process is very smooth and long enough to be familiar with the the company and processes. - RTT are lost when you don't take them within the year - CSE not exceptional

      The energy put into many initiatives is wasted and serves no purpose. Lack of leadership vision
