      Avantages

      You can grow quickly and learn a lot of new things if you’re starting your career.

      Inconvénients

      Salary. Schedules. Micromanagement. Lack of ownership. Manipulation. They will manipulate you into making you believe you’re valuable for them, and that this is why they’re offering you a promotion. When, in reality, you will have 99x the amount of workload and responsibilities that you had before. But only earning 100-140 more at the end of the month. That is not fair at all.

      None that I can remember except the occasional coupons which was common amongst other companies as well

      Inconvénients

      -you will never understand how you salary is calculated, and you only know how much you’re paid on your pay day not before. If it’s wrong you might never get what you’re owed because the rectification process takes forever until it’s buried. -Training programs aren’t adapted to the positions, you learn more from doing it ( losing your bonus in the process) than you do during the training period. - HR simply don’t do their job
