The biggest downsides when working at Samsara are: 1 - Unskilled leaders, especially US ones thinking Europe is just like the US 2 - Product, your clients will call you because nothing works and you'll be responsible, on top of that you'll have to sell a product really expensive that doesn't do half of what competitors do 3 - HR doesn't care about what's happening 4 - Pressure, you'll get PIPed and fired within a year while being harassed by management and directors 5 - You'll get ZERO support when trying to close a deal because Salesforce is poorly designed, decision are all taken in the US and management wants to save face when discounting 6 - The day you get fired your clients won't know it and will keep calling you
