I worked as a working student in this company, the hourly wage was as same as full-timer, because of a lot amount of budget of the project.
Inconvénients
Overall, the company lacks management, a lot.

Avantages
Very bad and toxic management at all levels (Team Leaders up to operations). You are a number, tons of micro management. Very restrictive policies ( you can't get up of you chair without risking a warning if you are not using the righ status in the system). Very few allowed breaks, culture of surveillance and privation. Avoid this company at all cost.
Inconvénients
- No freedom to take your breaks - You have no voice in the company - Very monotonous job only monitoring metrics that such as accuracy and speed of execution. - No real carreer development path - Salary is bad. - You feel like a prisoner being watch by team leaders and cameras (right usage of your break, can't get up of your chair without risking a warning, have to let your phone in a locker and all electronic devices, can't eat food with cuttlery without risking a warning, can't have a piece of paper on your desk without risking a warning, and the list is still very long) - Salary discrimination based on your spoken language (As much as 7k / year for the exact same job) Avoid this toxic company at all cost.
