Management is selected purely based on social circles. Same for promotions. Performance is not evaluated or considered.
Sites outside US are considered colonies, which means you will have an heavier workload, less salary, less opportunities, and more importantly zero respect (starting with the lack of respect for your time zone).
There is no clear role responsibility. There are a lot of middle layers interfering with all decisions and no one who takes responsibility for the final call. I have seen projects ran for years trying to define their goals and then being placed on hold without any delivery.
No training or professional growth.
A lot of hypocrisy. They have a lot of slogans, but they don’t live up to their values, starting from diversity and respect for people.
