The promotion and salary adjustments, which are intended to be performance-based, do not reflect the significant effort and complexity of my role. My responsibilities and team size have grown tremendously, but my salary was only adjusted by 4% in the last 2 years.
On top of it, gender salary gaps exists, but are not being tackled to the stiffness of the current salary adjustment process. Other leads with way smaller scope are being paid way more than me, just because they joined more recently the company, not because they perform better.
