      Avantages

      Friendly environment, good salary for manufacturing engineering type of jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Too much cost focus, rather engineering focus. No much grow opportunity as hardware engineering since hardware electronic isn't Amazon focus. Products usually sold as breakeven or loss slightly.

      Avantages

      Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees

      Avantages

      Lab 126 has a lot of bright engineers and designers, and resources to get things done and ship products.

      Inconvénients

      Amazon's values are all about the customer -- the employees come second. That means you'll have fewer quality of life nice-to-haves.
