Being the highest net profit after taxes in all industries all over the world for years is not an easy achievement. It's the perfect place to learn and acquire as much knowledge as you could acquire. It has a very powerful system and very efficient guidelines and procedures. Environment in Exxon Mobil is friendly. And most of managers and peers are disciplined and well educated. In Exxon Mobil, the managers empower the employees once they trust them. The management respects the employees and trusts them. Moreover, working in Exxon Mobil provides the employee with kind of prestige and social status. And Finally, Exxon Mobil has the best in class pension plan.
Inconvénients
Exxon Mobil is process oriented rather than people oriented. Compensation is good but not competitive. Training programs are relatively weak. Recognition and Awarding needs to be improved
