      Avantages

      Although no longer the market leader, Intelex still manages to be one of the top vendors in the EHS management system space.

      Inconvénients

      Intelex has not innovated as quickly or intently as it's competitors which have resulted in an aging product and losing it's leading position within the market. However, recent changes in leadership are already showing a refocus and urgency that has been lacking for several years.

      Pay is competitive as are benefits. Good work-life balance. Pretty good vacation time which gets even better and effectively up to 30 days per year on your fifth year. Wellness and education funds every year Possible to cross train onto other teams Some team leadership is very strong

      Inconvénients

      Poor inter-departmental coordination Senior leadership above the director level is essentially a revolving door Can be difficult to transition or train into a new role due to lack of openings from poor performance by the company Easy to get pigeon-holed depending on your role
