Avantages

NetApp has a good work-life balance culture and that's about it.

Inconvénients

-Certain departments exhibit a prevailing lack of expectation regarding employees' knowledge and work ethic, with no repercussions for subpar performance. -Managers in specific departments demonstrate poor managerial skills and hold their positions merely due to tenure. -Salaries do not align with the projected standards and lack fairness, as they are influenced by behind-the-scenes corporate politics. -Despite being a large and esteemed company like NetApp, the employee benefits offered are comparatively minimal within the tech industry. -Limited growth opportunities are available, resulting in a lack of professional development courses or advancement opportunities within the company. - Due to the company's awareness of the current economic situation, they are leveraging the limited hiring opportunities in the market to their advantage. Consequently, they are not actively making significant changes or exerting effort to adequately satisfy their deserving employees.

Avantages

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Inconvénients

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
