You do get fairly remunerated however there are inconsistencies between employees, all entitlements for leave, sick days, super, etc. a generous product allowance. Seen by people not working their as being prestigious with the range of premium beverage brands.
Inconvénients
Management are inconsistent with no H/R ability. Conviviality is the only value spoken about so you can be lazy, dishonest, unprofessional and have no other positive values and be seen as a star.
