Avantages

This used to be a company that you would actually like working for. Even though it’s a big corporation, it still had that small company, family feeling.

Inconvénients

But, their current outrageous market share and expected growth into the billions of dollars has triggered something ugly in the higher ups. Now, everything is ruled by money… even though they predicted and expected exponential growth without gutting the company. They chose to gut it anyway, and use the convenient excuse of AI. Anyone with a brain who knows anything about AI knows that at lease 90% of the layoffs had nothing to do with AI.

Avantages

Working here was good at one point

Inconvénients

Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
