      Avantages

      Incredible Purpose and Vision. You are surrounded by caring people whether within the internal team or throughout our company base. This is a company that truly cares about it’s people. The training is incredible, the bench of industry expertise that they have is amazing, and the Management team is exceptional. It’s very clear from your Manager to the CEO that there is a great alignment in direction. They also focus on work/life balance and wellness.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly can’t think of any. This is likely the reason so many people at the company are tenured and have been there for awhile. It’s just a great place to be serving an inspiring population.

      Avantages

      Working here was good at one point

      Inconvénients

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
