Avantages

The overall friendliness of the other employees and even the management is refreshing. So many other companies have some friendly people, but PCC seems almost strange in that everyone I've met are wonderful. This obviously makes for a very fun and productive work life because everyone is pushing for the same goals. The upper management are also not afraid to give point blank responses to hard questions, and I really like their candor. Too many other company executives are way too full of Execu-speak making everything they say suspicious and non-trustworthy. Also, while other companies say they care about employee morale and mental health, PCC backs it up in so many ways that it's obvious that they care about their employees and want them to be at their best for our customers, and therefore make the effort to keep us happy and healthy.

Inconvénients

There can be a lot of confusion around ownership of different things which can make fixing many things difficult because you can't find someone that will admit to knowing about something.

Avantages

Working here was good at one point

Inconvénients

Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
