      Avantages

      PCC is a very stable company with a mature culture. Upper leadership has a lot of integrity and passion for the company and it shows.

      Inconvénients

      Some departments can get silo-ed but with an organization this size and some teams that are fully remote that's hard to avoid.

      Working here was good at one point

      Inconvénients

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
