Avantages

Good atmosphere depending on sup. Great benefits with having gym, medical, everything on campus.

Inconvénients

Newer sales process doesn't work with all personalities turning reps into cookie cutter agents. Lack of support and coaching from former supervisor, and being held to extremely high performance goals as per cross sell metrics that are some months impossible to hit due to current economy. Main con is the lack of support from direct supervisor.

Larger more mature company - less agile and harder to drive change - still happens but takes longer and a lot more coordination

Avantages

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Inconvénients

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
