Avantages

- Hours can be good as many shifts for night is taken since after 9pm shifts you get additional pay. - Pay is good as well there is gainshare. - Equipment is all provided as well you work from home. - Some coworkers and managers are super supportive and friendly.

Inconvénients

- There is plenty of vacation days though it is not stated when hired these days are used for holidays (including major ones), sick days, if you have technical difficulties for longer than 30 minutes. You as well hardly can take days off due to constant "Blitz" (high volume call days). - Little to no time between calls if you need to file anything, you are allowed only 2 seconds between calls. - The guidelines you must follow is frustrating to manage with calls as it is very specific and lengthy. - Have to constantly upsell other insurance to bundle to be on good standing for metrics.

Avantages

Pay is alright for starting out, especially compared to some places. Benefits are decent. Management is generally supportive. If you don't mind sales and taking calls literally your entire working shift, then this could be a great fit.

Inconvénients

If you don't want to be on the phones back-to-back all day your options are extremely limited, and getting smaller as time goes on and A.I. allows them to close departments like mine and others.
