Avantages

-Pay was fair for the work I did -Benefits were decent -Could possibly get a nice end of year bonus, depending on how the company performed. -Management was nice

Inconvénients

-It's almost impossible to move up in the company beyond a certain pay range, especially if you want to try to get into a leadership role. They throw on this ridiculous catch-22 requirement where they prefer you have Progressive leadership experience to get a supervisor level job, but you can't get that until you have already been a supervisor in the company. The only other options you have are to work as a coach for a year (for no extra pay) or join and complete a leadership program which I believe is six months. It is incredibly difficult to get into either of those.

Avantages

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Inconvénients

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
