It can feel like you are working with teenagers and a lot of frat mentality shines through - inexperienced managers - extremely long hours on a daily basis for anyone who is not in upper management. This just kills you in the long run, especially when you are asked to do more and more and more. - you will always be asked to do more and more and more and you can't say no because you will be laid off -no communication between departments - it can be scary to see how many people are let go on a weekly basis. The turnover rate is high!
