      I like to think I’ve experienced all that the workplace can offer in my career, but this place took it to the next level - and not in a good way. Have you heard of the phrase - the tail wagging the dog? This place is the epitome of that phrase. Limp senior leadership allows unqualified personnel to carry out, quite frankly, risky, dubious unprofessional behaviour. I have seen other reviews about the Burgess Hill office of Roche, and the lack of professionalism, and I just agreed with it all.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
