      Avantages

      Very structured and professional environment. Managers and employees are extremely educated and experienced. I learned a lot from my co-workers from around the globe.

      Inconvénients

      Less open to new methodologies and ideas. Slow on execution. Very difficult to scale a process from a local site globally.

      Avantages

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Inconvénients

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
