      Tres bon CE, bonne mutuelle, interessement et participation correspondant a un mois de salaire chaque environ.

      Inconvénients

      Gestion et planning projets parfois difficile. Politique salariale ne favorisant pas les augmentations.

      Avantages

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
