      Avantages

      Du sens au travail avec le fait de contribuer à soigner des gens. Un bon accueil et du respect Un très bon niveau de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux (mutuelle...) Des possibilités de carrières (quand on s'en donne les moyens)

      Inconvénients

      Une financiarisation de+ en + forte Une politique salariale peu motivante (malgré des hauts salaires)

      Avantages

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Inconvénients

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
