Avantages
- Decent benefits, 8/10. Have had better, but not by much. - Good people near the bottom - even the first couple rungs of leadership are pretty decent. - Access to every AI tool you could ever desire, even if they give you no time to learn or use them.
Inconvénients
- Senior leadership is constantly changing things without direction or reason. You can tell it's without direction or reason because of the unnecessary struggle they inflict and the amount of stuff that needs to be reconsidered after the fact. - Support teams undervalued, underutilized, and regularly laid off. If you're not in Support, you're treated much better (aside from the restructuring and layoffs), but that just speaks to the above. - Company feels like a shell of what it was. When I was hired seven years ago, they had a great work culture, appreciation for staff, lots of neat perks, etc. I've watched them dismantle all of that, remove incentive for creativity, and essentially abandon the values that made them such a great place to work. Will be quitting this year.
