      Avantages

      Good place to work actually if you not planning to be ahead. Company provide a lot of document, training for you to learn. But the training only suitable with experienced worker. Company business is good, many benefit actually but it's going to depend base on your location, team.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Inconvénients

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
