      Laid back life and not very hectic

      Not a good place for career growth, rewards and recognition, or great hikes. Overall complacent management and environment.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Inconvénients

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
