      Avantages

      I was lucky and had a god team. You're also allowed to listen to music while you work.

      Inconvénients

      monotonous, stressful (you have to keep up scores or you might get fired), PMs are kind but uperlevel management does not care about you. They love to how you that you are dispensable and the turnover in this job is unreal. Awful job. No benefits.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
