      Avantages

      good place to make new friends. Conferences are insightful and well managed. Good place to learn about the industry

      Inconvénients

      The major problem is with middle management. Far too much micromanagement. Terrible compensation. Only way to progress is by sucking up. Not having an opinion also helps. Be prepared to work long hours for your boss.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
