Avantages
It is easy to get a job offer as a project coordinator. It is a steady paycheck (albeit a very low one!). Young and friendly coworkers.
Inconvénients
There is absolutely no work/life balance. Employees are expected to devote their life to the company and the compensation is not worth the effort. For the level of stress and hours put in the compensation is not nearly enough. The atmosphere is miserable. Though you make friends easily with your coworkers conversation often turns to talk of quitting and how the job search is going for the next, better position. The turnover rate of new hires is unbelievable and embarrassing.
