      Avantages

      Colleagues are great, best asset in the company. They can be quite flexible if you need days off or have doctor appointments. You can learn a lot from seniors.

      Inconvénients

      But overall dull tasks and understaffed. Salary is behind. Upper management have lots of people to manage so at times no ones pays attention to you or your work. You are pretty much on your own.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
