      Avantages

      Colleagues were exploited youngsters who needed experience and were extremely afraid of the horrible decisions of middle management, most of them great people.

      Inconvénients

      The office director didn't even speak or write in proper English and expected people to work outside of their work shifts without any compensation. They would promote the worst work environment among employees and fire people based on their personal likes or dislikes.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Avantages

      Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
