      Vacation time is long compared to other companies. Start with 3 weeks and go up to 6 weeks. 401K is good.

      Inconvénients

      R&D team is not doing the real R&D, just the basic platform and UI features. Low salary, no stocks. Most people have no career path especially with the GE transition.
