Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Allstate is all about the agency that you work for. The pay and work atmosphere in my current agency is good. The base salary/benefits are enough to live on, and the commission is dependent on personal success, but the opportunity is there to make far more than base pay.
Inconvénients
Dealing with the rules and regulations or risk management policies constantly being changed and enforced by corporate is very annoying. If a mistake is made at any level, it takes way too much time and effort from the employee and the customer both in order to get it corrected. The Allstate systems themselves could use improvement in efficiency and user-friendliness.
