      Avantages

      I always liked Altair's long history of being a good place for employees.

      Inconvénients

      Altair has recently hired senior executives from the competition and they are changing the company for the worse. Arrogance is a bad look for senior management, especially in sales. Altair was all about solving engineering problems, not now.

      Lot's of stability in the org, many different teams

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of upward mobility, I think people can get stuck where they are at.
