Avantages
Big corporate giant with tons of resources. Sometimes too much and there can be a notion of manufactured chaos in the Hillrom division. Baxter has brought in new processes and a massive budget which is a good sign for stability.
Inconvénients
People can spin the wheel and get away with it. Often times long term career holders tout that it is hard to get fired and just quiet quit. The talent that built the Hillrom machine has long since left and the workload isn’t there to sustain the current headcount. Lots of ‘empire’ building, little innovation. Watch out for managers who bring on contractors to churn.
