      Very aggressive schedule. Lot of opportunities to work and learn.

      Inconvénients

      company vacation policy is not good for people who need longer vacations. It's not unlimited vacation, it is hardly any vacation..

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
