Senior managers sit at side line only without giving clear direction, and still expect you to dance and prance in front of them. Relationship building and networking is key focus rather than getting the job done. Unproductive workplace, things happened through verbal. No common goals as each department fighting for their own best. Unprofessional and complacency senior management team. They think they are the best. They enjoy being pleased and not seriously look into the root cause of the issues. Managers come with multiple faces and no one can be trusted including HR. The minute in front of you talk something nice, minutes after talk something else. Employee are not being respected, and will take the blame if anything not going well as they perceived without given a chance to defend. No communication flows from top to the bottom. No career progression unless you have strong relationship with senior team.
