      Colleagues are friendly and seniors are helpful

      Inconvénients

      Turnover rates is getting so quick with one leaving on a monthly basis it sets confusion and it feels like the more senior folks has many behind the door type of politics and discussion

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
