Avantages

Casual dress, flexible hours, good coworkers.

Inconvénients

Claims processors are paid per claim, which would be great, except when you are making too much money, they cut the amount per claim. They do not tell you this before you start! You're told you ramp down after training, but they can and do cut the pay any time they want. There is a range based on your accuracy which is fine, but they frequently cut the base rate across the board. Also, some days we ran out of claims and I worked 2 hours, sometimes I'd go in and be told I had a minimum of 2 hours overtime required.

Avantages

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Inconvénients

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
