Avantages
Benefits are probably the only Pros to Fiserv now. They are fairly decent considering....
Inconvénients
Fiserv has an extreme lack of investing in it's people. There is very little or no, or they make it extremely hard to find, advancement, no way for people to learn new skills. Enterprise Technology Group is unbelivablely dysfunctional and has no real apparent leadership or direction. More and more job functions are shifting to FGS group in India, data center consolidations in the U.S. mean more jobs for India. Biggest issue is Fiserv does not seem to want "career" employees, they seem to be happy with people just looking for "jobs" to fill in voids until they can shift tasks over seas. Or, if you are lucky enough to not have your function sent to India, then you can plan on staying at a dead end function that is propritary to Fiserv and will gain you nothing in the real world.
