Avantages
- Company cares about employees and makes sure that everyone is comfortable with the working environment and benefits - Flexible working hours and location, I'm able to work from any place in the world as soon as I'm able to be online during the core working hours - Personal development. It's easy to assign to some internal courses or get access to Udemy to boost your knowledge. Also company encourages you to get new knowledge and move on the career ladder - Relocation to other offices in different countries
Inconvénients
- It's a big company, so as a downside you have a bit of an old-school corporative culture and bureaucratic processes. It doesn't disturb that much though
