I moved from a Sales Assistant position to the Contract Administrator position within in my business unit. The transition was easy with continuing to be an asset to the Sales team I had worked with for 6 years.
Inconvénients
I have yet to discover a downside. Fast paced organization which is growing constantly.

Great company to work for, though they are all about the next thing to acquire.

401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

Avantages
Strong belief in core values and generally practiced. Financially responsible of not edging on thrifty. Change is a constant and there is plenty of opportunity if you know the right people.
Inconvénients
Sometimes they fail their core values which are the foundation of the organization. You will get borderline reasonable pay which doesn't carry long term benefit.
