      Avantages

      Nice people to work with and a growing industry keep this job interesting. Good location and some growth opportunities depending on your position

      Inconvénients

      Working in the RNOC is a draining experience. Most of the management team has a poor relationship with their team and provides no guidance or motivation. They're heads down all the time.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
