I recently joined Insight as a Solutions Principal in the Managed Services space. The onboarding process was smooth, thoughtful, and well-structured from day one. Insight gave me the context and tools to hit the ground running. One important thing to me is company culture, and what’s stood out most so far is the culture. The team environment is genuinely collaborative, people are open, willing to share knowledge, and focused on solving problems together. It’s clear that Insight encourages innovation, but also values consistency and follow-through. Leadership has been visible and engaged, and there’s a real sense that ideas are welcomed and acted on. That kind of responsiveness is important, especially in roles where you're close to the client and moving quickly. Overall, it's been a positive experience. There’s a strong foundation here, and I’m optimistic about the work we’re doing and the direction Insight is headed.
