      Avantages

      I was fortunate to have a great leaders during my tenure at Insight that were flexible and trusting. After about 2 years of employment I was able to work remote full time and only came in when needed.

      Inconvénients

      Towards the end of my tenure they re-established a back to the office policy where we needed to come 3x a week. While my leader was still flexible with the hours it was a standard that needed to be met across all areas of the company.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
