      Avantages

      There are a lot of great people here, and you get the opportunity to network all the time. They do happy hours and it is truly 9-5. Never take work home!

      Inconvénients

      It is very high stress and pressure. Not worth the pay at first, but if you stay long enough you can start earning commissions. Training is intense and cold calling can be pretty draining.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
