      Great people to work with. Great job security (as long as defense spending is up)

      Inconvénients

      The nature of the defense industry is that you don't know who else is working on similar projects so the potential for technical collaboration across projects is greatly diminished.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
