Avantages
Lockheed Martin is one of the premier aerospace and defense contractors for a reason. They work on the leading technology in the world. They respect engineers and the work we do - I love the flex time, independence of work, and casual dress. It's a great work-life balance with opportunity for flex time and part time work.
Inconvénients
LM is a huge corporation with lots of beauracracy. You can sit in the same cubicle for decades doing the same job, if you're not careful. Low performing employees are kept regardless of the effect on the team. (Which I suppose is a pro if you're a slacker...)
